This week I am bringing to your attention, this wonderful little self-care creative project from my fab friend Lauren, the brains behind Thortify.
“The aim is to encourage people to incorporate creativity into their self care routines and to share a load of academic geekery in a fun and accessible way – I eventually hope to offer a range of tools and resources for people to use on themselves, but for now, it’s all for fun. There’s no expectation to do it all, or any deadlines – it’s a dip in and dip out kinda thing.”
